STREET MUSICIANS' DAY – 5/21
Every year, musicians flood the streets of cities throughout Lithuania on Street Musicians' Day to fill them with music. Restaurants, bars, public squares, and streets become home to both free and ticketed events throughout the day. Šakotis cake baking demonstration – 5/21, 5/22, 12:00-15:00
Užupynė, a bakery in Užupis, will be hosting demonstrations on the baking process behind the traditional Šakotis, a large honey-flavoured cake that was traditionally baked for special occasions in Lithuania. Naturally, they'll offer a taste of the still-warm cake as well.

Join the Embassy of the Czech Republic at Vilnius Town Hall to get more closely acquainted with Czech cuisine and beer, Moravian wine, and a number of other exhibitions.

Kaunas Hansa Days – 5/20-22
This weekend, Kaunas will go back to the medieval ages for Kaunas Hansa Days. Visitors can watch medieval songs, dances and battle reenactments or eat delicious food and buy traditional crafts.

Trade, Craft and Activity Day – 5/20, 10:00
The Lithuanian Folk Household Museum will be opening its doors and inviting visitors to come see how certain historic crafts and trades were performed. There will also be plenty of historical games for children and wooden crafts.

Ceramic activities for adults – 5/21, 12:00
The Nomeda Creative Studio is inviting creative adults to try their hands at ceramics and make their own cups, bowls or other household goods that they will be able to take home and use.

Traveling Churches interactive dance tour – 5/20, 18:00-19:30
This multimedia piece of performance art will guide viewers through the streets of Klaipėda with music, dance, and historical texts. Viewers will be given headphones and accompanied by dancers who will dance in public spaces throughout the city.
