Lithuanian Railways pays EU anti-trust fine for dismantled track to Latvia

Lietuvos Geležinkeliai (Lithuanian Railways) on Friday paid a fine of almost 28 million euros imposed by the European Commission for hindering competition by removing a rail track to Latvia.
