EC's proposal on direct payments to Lithuanian farmers "unsatisfying", advisor says

The European Commission's proposal to increase direct payments to Lithuanian farmers from 60 to 80 percent of the EU average is insufficient, Rolandas Taraškevičius, an advisor to Lithuania's agriculture minister, says.
