More Lithuanians unsatisfied with govt work – survey
The number of people unsatisfied with the government's work increased considerably in Lithuania last month. But Prime Minister Saulius Skvernelis' rating remains fairly unchanged, a new survey has revealed.
29 percent of those surveyed had a positive or rather positive opinion about the government's work in August, and the number stood at 24.6 percent in September, according to the survey by Spinter Tyrimai for the delfi.lt news website.
63.4 percent and 68.5 percent respectively had a negative or rather negative opinion, and 7.6 percent and 6.9 percent respectively were undecided.
Meanwhile, 18.4 percent believed in September that Skvernelis was the best for the position of prime minister, compared to 17.3 percent in August.
The survey of 1,011 people was carried out on Sep. 19-26.
