Have you tried saltibarsciai, Lithuania’s traditional cold beet root soup? If so, you’ll be well acquainted with its bright pink color. And you can find exactly the same color sprayed across the wall in the second biggest Lithuanian town Kaunas. The city’s famous Pink Elephant is just about the most famous work of graffiti in the entire country.
